Re: how do i deal with a bucking horse
Your horse wants to eat, sleep and poop. "Bonding" has never been high on his list.
You can have a terrific relationship, but it takes respect and respect must be earned. Begin by realizing that you're the one paying the bills. Your horse is certainly "not the boss of you." You keep your horse, giving him the very best of care, but in return he works for you and has a job to do. He'd be more than happy to sit on the couch in front of the TV, barking out orders for you to bring him pop and sandwiches but it can't work like that. You have to go to work everyday; your horse has to go to work everyday. Typically horses work an hour or so daily while we slog through traffic before putting in our eight so our equine friends, even those in full training, have a pretty good deal.

Five-day course teaches you how to make your horse quit bucking written by John Lyons Certified Trainer Keith Hosman.
Is this you? "I love my horse and I don't want to sell it but... it's trying to kill me."
• He explodes with no warning!
• I can't put anybody else on the horse
• He won't canter - he just bucks
• My horse is a lawn ornament
• I can't ride with my friends
• Will I break something today?
• One more time and he's going to the auction!
How To Make a Horse Stop Bucking: If you're riding and look back to see your horse's hind feet ABOVE his rear end - you know you've got problems. A problem that could very well land you in the hospital.
There is a way to truly break a horse from the dangerous habit of bucking. If you've you got the time and patience, the "Stop Bucking" online study course, written by John Lyons Certified Trainer Keith Hosman, will guide you through the process of transforming your horse into a calm partner. Not just a series of exercises, the course first arms you with the theories behind the material, enabling you to "think out of the box," to tailor your plan to your particular horse and situation.
You will not fix your horse in five days. That's not the promise. The promise is that you will find the tools and understanding you need to begin the hard work of "retraining" your horse in this study course.
Heres how it works:
• click on "Buy Now" below to pay
• you will be taken to a page to download a document
• SAVE THE FILE TO YOUR COMPUTER
• the document has five chapters, one for each of five days
• you'll learn theory and/or be assigned "homework" - in a specific order
• learn the material at your own pace
When you take a class in the real world, you buy your textbook, then pay to take the class, right? The teacher assigns readings or exercises from the text, but spends his time with you offering additional insight and setting goals. This course works the same way - except the text is absolutely free. You'll be assigned exercises and articles to read - often drawn from our existing newsletter archive - in a curriculum specifically designed to deal with a bucking horse. What this course offers then, above the existing articles themselves, is the understanding of "what to do, why to do it and in what order." That's what you'll pay about a buck a day (pun intended) to receive.
Each chapter gives you a plan, a goal, some theory and homework. It may take you a week - and it might take you months to go through this material. Regardless, when you arrive at the other side, you will have made significant progress in your horse's training. Here's a rundown of the five segments:
• Day 1: "Don't Even Think of Getting On Until..."
• Day 2: "What Do I Do If My Horse Does Buck?"
• Day 3: "One Inch At A Time" and "The Calm Down Cue":
• Day 4: "The Crash Taught Me This" (Don't Make This Mistake)
• Day 5: "Demon Slaying" with Speed Control
The document is 23 pages long and comes in a format that every computer can read and print out called "pdf." It's in "magazine format" which means it carries ads - but that's a good thing - because it lowers the price of this course to just a dollar a day - in the same way that advertising makes a newspaper affordable.
WARNING: Fixing a bucking horse is a serious affair. This document does not provide a magic formula. It provides a plan. It offers theory and exercises and prescribes plenty of hard work. To fix a bucking horse, somebody is going to have to get on it at some point. If this is not you - or you don't have somebody to do the riding, take a pass on this course and send the horse to a professional.
While this document is "just" 23 pages long, it covers a ton of material. Each of the five chapters within the document (called an "e-book") are designed to get your horse safely under control. Be advised that a portion of the material must be downloaded and printed out separately - but all additional material is available for free on Horsemanship101.com. Each segment will tell you exactly where to easily find, and print out, the material.
Whatcha waiting for? Your horse isn't getting any safer standing in the pasture...
You will need the Adobe Reader to read this (pdf) file. You probably already have it, but if not, you can get it for free at adobe.com. Look for the yellow "Continue" button near the top, right corner. If you have a Mac, you can simply click on "Choose a different version" there near the top of the (center of) the page.

Shipping Costs Too High?
If you are purchasing 3 or more products, you might find that this system starts charging an arm and a leg for shipping.
Nine out of ten times, shipping costs are accurate - but if you feel they're abnormally high, just send an email to me at kh@horsemanship101.com and let me know the situation. I combine shipping when possible and can drop the shipping charges in those cases to something more reasonable.
